Faculty and Staff Urged to Complete Committee Preference SurveyFaculty and Staff Urged to Complete Committee Preference Survey encouraged to respond to the electronic survey which can be found at http://websurveyor. net/wsb.dll/10088/CommitteePreferences.htm. The survey is for all full-time UA faculty, professional staff, office/clerical staff, and maintenance staff. Persons who do not wish to give their Social Security number as part of the response process must use the online format. Paper forms cannot be processed without the Social Security number identifier. The Committee on University Committees strongly encourages using the online format, which can be completed and submitted in a matter of minutes. University Standing Committees are the backbone of an inclusive, healthy university. The more people who volunteer for the pool from which committee members are selected, the greater the likelihood that committees’ contributions to the University’s mission reflect the entire University community.
