Issues of Dialog are located on the Web at http://dialog.ua.edu.

There are several ways to submit information electronically: go to the Web site at http://dialog.ua.edu and click the left-column link for submitting an idea or a Faculty/Staff Notes entry. An F/S Notes entry cites publications, performances, appointments, awards or elections to professional positions.

Dialog regrets being unable to publish information on presentations, speeches and addresses, or on works yet to be published.

The sender may request an FS Notes form by e-mail to shibbard@ur.ua.edu. The form will be returned in a reply e-mail. After receiving that reply, the sender then clicks on "Reply" and fills in the form. After completion, the sender returns the reply. The sender may keep the form as a template word processing document. The completed form can be sent by e-mail to the same address as an attachment or embedded in an e-mail. The office assistant may keep a template for faculty and staff to complete as needed and to be returned electronically.

Please include your academic and/or staff title. For more information, call the Office of Media Relations at 348-5320.
