New Employee Orientation

New Employee Orientation introduces all new UA employees to campus life and provides them and employees with a status change (regular, part-time or temporary) an opportunity for benefits advisement and enrollment. New employees and employees with status change must pre-register and attend a New Employee Orientation session within the first 30 days of employment to be eligible for health insurance. Sessions are offered every Monday.

Three ways to register and to check out training material:

Human Resources Development training sessions will be conducted at G54 Rose Administration building unless otherwise stated. Persons with special needs should contact Daphne Harbin.

Campus Mail Service Quick Tips

  • Campus Mail Service delivers to assigned box numbers only.

  • Use a departmental box number instead of building/room number when addressing Intra-Campus Mail. It really helps mail center staff process your mail faster and more accurately.

  • Mail that is vaguely addressed could delay the delivery of your mail or result in having the mail piece returned to you for a deliverable address. Complete sender information is also important in the event that the mail is not deliverable as addressed.

  • All Campus Mail consisting of 50 pieces or more should be prepared and sorted in box number order.

  • A listing of departmental box numbers can be found in the Reference Materials section of the Campus Mail Service website.
