UA Campus-Wide Calendar Up and Running

Crimson Calendar, a University-wide events calendar, is on-line at http://events.ua.edu. Sponsored and managed by the Office of Special Services and Volunteers within the Office of Advancement, the calendar consists of entries from individuals, departments and divisions throughout the University community. Events are easy to key in at the site. Make sure your event is not left out.

The site displays daily events and activities automatically upon entering the page. It is searchable with a wide variety of search options. Crimson Calendar also links surfers to numerous places on the UA campus. For questions, call 348-9237.

River Walk Exhibit and Related Activities: The exhibit, River Walk: A Journey Toward the Future of Southern Rivers, to run through May 5. For details about other activities, call Judy Everett at 348-9473 or email programs@bama.ua.edu.

Mosasaur: The exhibit will run through May 19. The fossilized remains of the Green County Mosasaur, "Bossie" is considered to be one of the most complete fossils discovered along the banks of the Tombigbee River.
