SEC Symposium Registration Now Open

The inaugural SEC symposium will be held Feb. 10-12, 2013 in Atlanta, Ga. Early registration and abstract submission for poster exhibition are ongoing and will close on Friday, Dec. 14. For more information on the symposium, titled “Impact of the Southeast in the World’s Renewable Energy Future,” go to SECSymposium.com. The site includes the event schedule, information on featured and SEC university speakers, access to online registration, poster abstract submission procedures and other conference details.

The SEC Symposium addresses a significant scholarly issue across the range of disciplines represented by the Southeastern Conference’s 14 member universities. This event showcases their academic excellence and underscores their educational and economic contributions to the vitality of the region, nation and world.

SECU is the academic initiative of the Southeastern Conference. Through SECU, the Conference sponsors, supports and promotes collaborative higher education programs and activities involving administrators, faculty and students at SEC institutions.
