REMINDER TO UPDATE CONTACT INFORMATION ON UA ALERTS — One of the methods The University of Alabama uses for emergency notification is UA Alerts. This system enhances the University’s ability to reach faculty, staff and students by simultaneously triggering multiple contact points. To receive notification via email, telephone and SMS text messaging, faculty and staff should log in to myBama and make changes in the Employee Self-Service area. An individual’s cellphone number should be the primary contact number. Employees who have received recent UA Alerts but would prefer to be contacted differently will need to revise their contact information on myBama. Click here for instructions on updating information on myBama.
