GROUNDS USE PERMITS — People and organizations, both on and off campus, who want to reserve any outdoor space at the University must submit a Grounds Use Permit 10 days prior to the event in order to gain approval for the activity and requested outdoor space. After approval, a confirmation letter, along with the Grounds Use Permit, will be sent to the requestor. For complete information and to access the permit, visit the Grounds Use Coordination website. Building managers should contact AV Solutions at 348-6011 or avsolutions@ua.edu to report any problems with the PA system or if they do not hear the announcement in their buildings.
