Haiku Contest Announced

haikuThe Sakura Festival has announced its annual Haiku Contest as part of the 18th annual festival in March 2004. Hiyaku or Leap, this year’s theme, in Japanese captures the energy and enthusiasm of bounding forward to achieve new goals and initiatives; it is an expression of enthusiasm and joy for peace and harmony among all peoples of the world.
